Refund and Cancellation Policy

Ecruises Hub has a streamlined refund and cancellation policy. We understand that some of our clients may need to cancel their travel plans due to unforeseen circumstances. It can be an emergency in the family, natural calamity, cancellation of a business meeting, or anything pivotal in making the decision. We are here to help you with the cancellation process. Cancellation is an integral part of the travel industry and we will be happy to guide you through it.

Charges related to cancellation

While we are supportive of your travel plans and decision to cancel, we have to abide by some rules and regulations. Aviation companies, train companies, and cruise lines have their specific rules and regulations regarding cancellation policies. Only a part of the money will be refunded based on the type of your booking. Make sure you go through the specific cancellation system while booking your ticket. While some tickets are fully refundable, some are not at all refundable. However, we may charge a platform fee for the booking. We have travel experts who can guide you through this.

Cancellation Period

There is a period within which you need to cancel some tickets to get a refund. Your percentage of the refund will depend on that. However, the money will be back to your debit account within 5 to 7 business days or as mentioned during the booking. You will not be able to change the account, so it is important to continue the account till you receive your refund.
